Is this the way to carry on?

Hello!(: Church was cool today :D I went to church and met Faith first. Mmm. We had cell, and Ming Xiu is super interesting laaa. She brought her home made green bean soup and made us eat! and you know I have this nightmare from red bean soup in kindergarden. I was like Oh Nose.

Ahaha. Especially after hearing that Ming Xiu didn't know what she was doing, and didn't know what type of sugar to put in, Rock or grain. HAHA. And then she didn't know the proportions and boiling time. And she also put the soup in a rice cooker, so there was rice floating in the soup. Plus she threw in an orange peel! She's so cute la!

Yep. So despite my kindergarden nightmare, I drank the soup. And Ming Xiu made me take seconds. Evelyn's Class Tee is seriously cute la! (: "Will mug to get hugs"

Raffles, know. And at the back, there are lil minatures of her classmates. And there's this one with batman and stuff. Seriously cute. And a reaper! Evelyn's a minature mummy! Haha. Ooh. And there class tee is like reddish pinkish orange. Super cool wun.

Err. Ahh, i srsly need to make Christmas cards. The virtual kind and the real ones. To those who receive the Photoshop made ones, it's cuz either don't have your address, or cuz I ran out of materials. So sorry!

Yep. Then we shared during cell. Alison was sick! :( And she misses SuperCamp. Haha, Amen! I told her that she'd enjoy it, even though she didn't wanna go. And we found out that Grace is leaving cell (sobsobsob) because next year's cluster is huge, and short of leaders. Like 80 kids, and four leaders. so they're plucking cell leaders from those cells with 3 leaders

tskk. And we've only got a week left with Grace. Alison and I have two. Cuz we're gonna camp. GOSH I REALLY CAN'T WAIT! we got our packing list today! (:

Pastor Reuben shared more about tongues today. It's cool. And Jay, it's not something you're born with. You can ask for it. From the Holy Spirit. You must yeild to the Holy Spirit.

Every Christian encounters setbacks. But the measure of your maturity in Christ is about how fast you recover from it. And to recover from it, you pray in tongues.

And poor Evelyn, beside me, was like HEY THAT'S SO UNFAIR. (She's Raffles right) And then in the first row, you could see her brother with the rest of the worship team(All ACSians) going WHOOP! and clapping, and he was the only rafflesian there burying his head in his hands.

IT WAS FUNNY! HAHAH!

Yep. After service, I went to lunch with cell! yeah! Alison is at the Lexus Golf Tournament, which Faith shows a great liking to. :D HAHAHA. Golf is boring.
Had this $6 chicken chop thing. Haha, our first official individual cell outing. And Kai Feng's planning a cluster outing on the 19th of Dec. It's gonna be fun eh.

Oh. I've got pottery tomorrow. (: Yeahzx. Painting i think. Can't wait to see my mushroom lah. (:

Spirit Fall On Me

Lifehouse is Christian, yeah. KUDOS!
Amazingly, Rachel shared that during cell, and it really tied in with worship.
Their song "Everything" is about God, and it's what Pastor Reuben achieved.

This was really,truly one of the best services where you could really feel God's presence.

It was so touching.
during service, worship was hymns about God's enduring love.
And this was the closest I've felt to Him since I've partially strayed away, and set my mind on material things.

Worship was great. hands were up, voices were heard. It was awesome. And I just wish that everyone who needs God would someday come to Him in that way, through TNG, to hear the good news, and have the experience of lifting praise to him.

And then Pastor Reuben spoke. Because of the last song, Fall, he changed his original sermon, Authentic Friendships(Which I thought I really needed, and will probably miss next week), to The Holy Spirit.

He told us, saved the best for us. About his journey with God, and his experiences with God.
It sounded amazingly cool, and you know Pastor Reuben's sense of humour. And he also told us about the people who got manifested. And how he prayed so hard for the gift of tongues, and how he got it. And his first syllable was "da"

Dada = Abba Father.
God saved us.

Webow our hearts,
We bend our knees,
Oh Spirit come make us humble

We turn our eyes,
From evil things,
Oh Lord we cast down our idols

And then he prayed for the people who went down, and gave them the baptism of the Holy Spirit.
Truly irreplaceable. Get it, it's not a feeling, it's not a fuzzy feeling, when you're with God. It's consuming, he lives in you.

You can fall down, you can laugh and tear at the same time, you have the power to speak tongues, you have the power to pray.

It's just really... Surreal. And Pastor Reuben made that experience for us. And there's going to be more at camp. Then the rest of our cell, Grace went down, Evelyn, Alison and Rachel all prayed for everyone.

And Ming Xiu, who was in the midst of her exams, Jamie's sister who got into a car accident, and for journey mercies, also, for playing a role in our lives, getting closer to God as a cell, encouraging each other, trust, closing off distractions, courage to live our life for Him.

Thank you.

I can't wait for camp.

Today today. Hmm. Interesting. Well, we got all our asses pwned by this Primary 3 guy. Torpedo version 2, according to han. Seriously, the dude's ZZOOOOOOOMMM. and supa dupa skinny. PRO OK.

Han only beat him by 2 seconds during 50 m sprinting. And he's 10 years older than him. The rest of us were OWNED. One thing's for sure, i've slipped. down down down. Raaar. Fraser's brother is getting better. And then Joon(HSG) totally owns now, and then Han, who's well, 19.

Darn it k. :( Aaah, but anyway, i've tried not to care. Then I went for tuition, and was the first one there.

There was K2 girl, Rachel, there. And Lao shi was testing her the primary 1 higher chinese cards, and she could get them all right, while my brother, the 11 year old couldn't read xi,e, and xi huan.
Tsk.

Bob wasn't there this time. But Divya came (: And Jay was probably at Studio Wu(AHEM) or something.

Oh well. Right. And then Jane came. Lao Shi made us read Sec 2 Higher Chinese. Agaaain. Mmhmm, and then she gave us this Sec 3 paper. And the passage was about BWL, which I've never heard of before this.

It's some private company which sells really random stuff. Where you have to join as a member, and you can buy and sell stuff. Make a living know? Uh huh. So we were like, yo whud?

Jane guessed that BWL stood for Beautiful Women League. GAY AHHH. So lao shi went to get proof. -.- She got a box of plums. WOW. Plums are for everyone! :O We were discussing daaammnn random stuff. Apparently they also sell air filters.

And then Jane said "Oh, so, you mean BWL only sells stuff for women? Men cannot buy ah."

Lao Shi : Nooo, they can buy plums, good for constipation. And Air filters jiu shi neutral what.

Me : YES. Clean air and constipation is for everyone! :O

HAHAH! And there was also Sanitary pads, definately not for men. Hmm. And the plums were...

Black. HAHAHAH. So weird.

YAY! Soo, well i woke up, and thank Gosh I had a date with the Triple Cs,
because i couldn't go online right? Yeah.
Went down to where else but Bishan at 1.30 to meet Choo and Yeo for lunch.

And as usual, Caitlin choo was early because of her chauffeur,
and she was screaming through the phone two times on the bus, AGAIN.

yep, and then Chris came cuz she was late from school.
We had loads of time to spare. After lunch halfway through lunch we went to get tickets, lest they were sold out.
Uh huh, and then on the way back we saaaww,Kim Chew, Sheryl and Rachel Loke, with ahem, two dudes. OOORRRRRHHH.

Yes, lunch was conversational... Yeah, we bomb.

Then we went to the playground to embark on our second childhood.
That was the funnest! There are LOADS of lovebirds that go there.
Gross, for young people please? Trying to influence early ah.

Plus there were these super wannabes at the playgrounds. All strutting around in their too short skirts,skorts and shorts. And stamping and stomping all over the place, purposely jumping up and down on the playground thingamajig, while we were beneath the set.

WANT TO BREAK ALREADY LAAAAH, don't step :( And then thruogh the tiny little holes you could see lil obscene things you don't really wanna see. And they were just jumping and flaunting their LOT(lil obscene things) everywhere. And we couldn't help but MOCK THEM ALL.

We're like EEEE can see stuff we don't wanna see leh! Why? Elephant ahh. trying to break this ah!

HAHAHAHA! Well and so on so forth. Then they went in when it started raining. I was like, woah, if they're from IJ ah... Oh nose, what if we sit next to them in the movie?
but CCC were like, aiya heck lah don't think so.

AND SURPRISE SURPRISE. Wonders of wonders. THEY WERE BLOODY SITTING THERE :(
Bah. :( They were soo annoying throughout the movie, commenting and stating the obvious and talking every step of the way.

And they were so loud that some guy behind us was like SSSHHHH! and then it was our turn to snicker. Teehee!

ROOOOAAAR. We got caught in the rain, and we tried many many unsuccessful jumpshots. In the rain. And of course got all wet. So we ran in, and it was cooold! We were kinda late for the movie, and went in during the adverts.

What can i say. Madagascar is great. hmm, much better than the first one. Uh huhhh. (: it's funnier, and the storyline is better. MOTO-MOTO. Hot hot :D HAHAHA. After the movie we went home after Cait Choo bought stuff for her guide seniors.

And oh yeah, it was the first time we couldn't finish popcorn. And because of that, until now, i'm bloated. =/ ick.

~~I'm grounded.~~

Yeah for two days, but i'm back now. And this is an edit 2 days later. :O

15 November.

It's good to be back, but also ben pretty relaxing.

~~The rest of~~ today I nearly died. haha, I woke up at Eleven and went online, and then,

I did some stuff on the computer, and then had to go for lunch at the club with my grandma.

It was then that I checked my phone, and received a message that I hadn't seen earlier, from my mum. Telling me that I wasn't allowed on the computer today and tomorrow.

Raaar, so i was like, OOOPS. K.

See, Justin's been playing alot of soccer lately, and laying off the food. So he thinks he's anorexic. HAHA.

I met Chern Jie officially today. Aunty Corin's older son. I bet he knows Ezekiel. Chern Hao's brother. Chern hao is so cute! Can't believe he's P4 next year. Well, Chern Jie's my age, and i would have imagined him as anti-social. Because you know guys our age now are all weird and quiet... "Placing their identity" apparently.

but Chern Jie was more chatty than I was. Something unexpected. I thought he would go straight up to his room and slam the door shut. Haha, well. okay, there's a first for everything.

Just now at Grandma's house, Uncle Alec and Uncle Erik called the police because there was this suspicious Indian man sitting outside uncle erik's house for hours. And Uncle Alec said that he's seen him peeping into the house before.

The police came =/ PorPor suspects it's because of Lynn. Who already left for Phillipines. Because PorPor was getting calls from an Indian man who kept asking for Lynn. Apparently Lynn borrowed money from him, and took his handphone and never returned it.

And now, Lynn supposedly returned to Phillipines because "her mother was very ill". And now all these people are lingering outside uncle's house. It's pretty scary. But I pity that indian man. :O

All because of Erin, everyone thinks I'm racist. You wanna know what happened?
She tagged me, and she said she was going to black mail me.
So i was like "You black postman" which i later realised i should have said "Black mailer",
and she said "GASP. If i were an African-American man who delivered your letters, i would sue, but I'm not, so you just got lucky, racist"

Okay, I decided that I don't have 5 posts worth of quizzes. So I'm making it four.
Oh yeah, anyways, i forgot to post about after I came back from school. See i thought there was technique, but there wasn't =/

So then mum turned back around, and picked me up. Where i went to my second lunch with Aunty Corin(Happy birthday!) and Aunty Elaine.

They were discussing the band and JS, etc etc. It was very enjoyable. And Aunty Elaine and Aunty Corin both know where the best places to shop in Bangkok are. So goody! Apparently scrapbook materials there are like HALF the price. :D Noooo, mummy wants to go to the floating market, and Justin wants to go to a crocodile farm.

Screw those, I'm going to shop til I drop.

Heehee. And in the car, we were discussing ahem (the terrorists) Apparently, Saddam Hussein is vacuous. And Mas Selamat can't really stand him. That is a weird sentence.

Although not as weird as this "Now Santa, the holiday armadillo and I will have a talk in the kitchen. Now there's a sentence I never thought I'd say." MONICA GELLER!

anyway. we went to the Soup Kitchen in United Square to eat. I just drank the soup. Lunch was fun. Then because we had nothing to do, Aunty Corin offered to show us her house. She lives near Justina and Maxene! Cool! (:

HER HOUSE IS SUPER COOL! It's so British and Vintage! Like those Bed and Breakfast Inns in New Zealand/Scotland/Holland. Cozy!(: It's supadupa nice.

Apparently, this chinese woman went to Britain to live, and study for a long time. Then she came back, and her dad left her the house. So she tore the thing down and rebuilt it Brit style. And she imported the stained glass and some furnishings.

The house is really nice. There's a brick path leading up to the house, the wooden picket fence, with the porcelain address sign outside. And the house has a skylight, Victorian curtains, and a fireplace. It's to die for.

It's really well done, so nice that I took a picture ;D Yeah, And her walk in wardrobe pwns mine 100 times. Her wedding photos are really really really really cute! HAHA! Pulling the tie i tell you damn cute ;D

AAAH. Her house is darned nice :(

If the rain must fall

Yooowzzaaa. How cha'll doing.

it's been raining since 9 in the morning!

Photoshop actions saved my life. :D

Rar. What a dreary day. The rain really gets you down. The sky is all grey, now. Still.

As it was since i woke up. Timmy's here now, playing with my brother's new game console thingamajig.

And i have a newfound love with Photoshop.
Thank you Swimchick and Outspoken-kate for existing. Without you my photo editing skills would have been tons of crap. :O

Oh no, really what happened to my little cousin. Seriously, his parents have a super vision of him being a 7 year old - adult.

Seriously, he can sit you down at 7 years of age, and discuss Obama with you, he can also speak chinese pretty fluently, and he takes fencing, swimming, art and goes for chinese tuition.

Despite that, you can truly see his immaturity as a kid. The poor thing has no childhood. What he would give to come to his cousins' house and play video games, and sit down and watch tom and jerry. he can also memorise the lines by heart from madagascar.

I really don't know what to say. Other than that, i don't think he really knows how to communicate with people, he's only a kid. And he's already being freakishly scary, by doing things that are not of his age.

Is the Singaporean Education really that tough? I mean the kid can work a Computer, and play miniclip at the age of SEVEN.

That's just weird. And he has his own handphone, on top of that. Next what? an iPod? he already has his own bike.

And wow, he just called justin 'Justin'. no form of korkor or anything. Owie. I don't think the kid really has a clue on how to communicate and socialise with people.

kaboomy. Well, i don't know. I feel entirely awkward today. Despite the fact that Nicole Lau made me laugh, because she tied Bhavani's shoelaces together, and at the moment, the guides were asked to fall in. And she was like "Can I tie my shoelaces first?"

And because of relating the story to me, Nicole Lau went into hysterics and shreiked with laughter at every word. Seriously. She was mad.

Well, okay. I'm going to buzz off now. I love photoshop to the max!

Yes. I identified the problem :D I am therefore, awesome. And my skin is therefore, awesome.

I'm sew sorry that I've been neglecting you.

The best thing and worst thing about Dad is that he forgets.

For Justin, it's the best thing. Going out with Dad to electronica places, that's heaven, it means coming home with a video game or gadget of some sort, and a promise to Dad.

The conversation would normally go like this.

"Yes, okay, if you promise me that you'll try harder, and don't make mummy and daddy angry, then it's your's."
"Okay"

And the day right after the thing gets bought, Dad forgets what his pact, and Justin happily breaks his promises.

Some way to take Dad for granted, Jus.

Anyway, today after I came back fromChurch, I headed to the computer room and there, sat this ginormous steering wheel with the pedals and brakes. The simulation kind that you attach to your computer. Wow.

But this time, Dad got this for him, no strings attached.

Colin "Waaah, the new one ah? Since when did you listen to Hinder?!"

He was referring to my Nano chrome, and ironically, above Hinder, i think he was hiding a smirk there, was High School Musical. The artist. HAHAHA. Whoops :X nice moove.

So at around 3-ish, Chriz and i went to Spotlight to gather art supplies for Christmas cards. And we got ourselves broke. Nicely. It nearly broke our hearts when we were at the scrap book aisle. The brads, the rhinestones, the beady things, the BUTTONS, broke our heart. they were just so pretty, but sooooo very pricey. I also learnt that OneOne is stereotyped as the Nerds and Old Lady class.

How very extremely rude and, well, narrow minded. You can't exactly expect everyone to be damned gifted at the same thing right? Just wait, we'll get there in time.

Anyway, there were thees stupid mynahs, terrorist birds that refused to leave us alone at starbucks. I mean, there were a million other people they could terrorise, but NOOOO, they HAD to come to us. Starbucks, Mynahs and IJ girls, clearly not a good match.

Well it first landed on one of the chairs opposite me, and then Chris kicked the chair. So the bird flapped flapped flapped everywhere, in our faces, and then landed on the chair next to it, containing Christie's bag and Spotlight stuff. So it crapped on the spotlight bag.

And poor chris touched it. Eweth. Rawr. Stewpid terrorist birds.

Dammit, i'm broke now. Spotlight is a rip off. :( But they're soooo pretty :(

Rain on my parade

What is up with people making videos hmm? ~~Sorry, I don't like it when people rain on my parade~~

So instead of going to Spotlight today, we decided, me and chris, after tuition, to go challenge the doods to billiards. We figured that we could go to spotlight after billiards, but we didn't want to aggravate mum.

Then we had to squish in the car. Me and chriz in the front seat. Comfy... And we were squashed the whole ride, while Justin made me hold his chicken wings. They were meant for us, but he ate them. put the bones back in the plate, and made us hold it. Nice.

And mum called SGCC to book the table for 3. So we went home, ate a civilised lunch, while Justin was being very nice to his guests, but switching on the TV and playing with his Tamiya car, without actually talking to Shawn and Martyn.

Nice. So in the end, we decided to socialise, but at the same time, justin decided to stick his feet in our faces, and the oldoods were discussing NCO (Yeah! The dude's surname was GAY. so sway right, now in this generation) And we escaped to the kitchen. Woohoo.

Seew, we headed down to SGCC, and then we walked in first, beacuse mum had to park.

Then we reached the billiards room first. So the woman ~~kindly~~ stopped us and said "You all are dressed inappropriately"

Referring to Chris,Justin and I. Yeah okaaay. We were wearing attas shorts okay! Esprit some more. The sign said "Females must be appropriately dressed" Hello, the last time i came, i was wearing shorts too.

The guy didn't stop us. So mum finally came in, wearing slippers and jeans. "Oh, no slippers allowed" I think she had something against us. So my mum was like "So what's appropriate attire for ladies?"

"Dresses" SureSure, wear dresses to play billiards. Why didn't we think of that?

So anyway, we left because we'd rather die than wear a dress.

Then we squeezed into the car again, and drove to OCC.

Justin specially asked for two tables. Because he didn't want to play with us girls. Yeah and the only reason we wanted to play billiards was because we wanted to challenge them.

So yeah, Chris and i were pretty heffed up about not being able to challenge the dudes at billiards. So sexist, I swear.

Darn eet. Then on top of that, he wouldn't stop with the wise cracks. he just kept on insulting me and chris throughout the game.

We were so distraughtm and not only that,

THE BALLS WERE IN CAHOOTS.

Justin ah, has not enough balls to dare to challenge a bunch of girls. Assho.
So we were damn annoyed with him, and then we decided to take a walk.
We went to the bowling alley to get Pepsi.

Today just wasn't our day, I guess. But seriously, Justin got on our nerves. At least Chris could take it out on her drums...
